Mikimoto Cultured Akoya Pearl Stud Earrings 18k YG
This listing for for a pair of Mikimoto Cultured Akoya Pearl Stud Earrings in a 7mm size, graded as A. The post and backings are both original in 18k yellow gold - stamps can be found in the post and earring backs.
As you can see by the original tags, I paid $270 to an authorized retailer (O.C. Tanner located in Salt Lake City, Utah) approximately 10 years ago. If you were to buy them today, they currently retail for $420 new from Mikimoto.
They were worn less than a dozen times and are like new. Shortly after buying them, I developed an allergy to all metals and was unable to continue wearing earrings in general. They’ve been stored appropriately with my other pearls ever since because I thought I might gift them at some point.
I am the original and only owner. Smoke free and pet free home. I will include the box and tags for the earrings as seen in the photos.
