2.61 ct 3 Stone OEC by DK
For sale is a stunning 2.61 tcw three (3) stone ring Old European Cut (OEC) diamond ring custom crafted by David Klass of Los Angeles, CA. The stones are bezeled in solid platinum that have been hand milgrained, and set on a 14k gold shank for an antique look. The stones are O-P in color and completely eye clean. The center stone is a 1.19ct O-P VS2 OEC, and the side stones are very well-matched in size even though they are different weights. One stone is a .80ct O-P SI1 OEC and the other is a .62ct O-P SI2 OEC. The .62 has an imperceptible chip on the crown that is only visible with a loupe and is what sets the clarity at SI2. Please see the picture of the chip taken with a loupe. Tiny chips and flea bites are common of stones this age considering they’ve been worn for 100 years or more. The stones are a lovely soft white color and appear much higher in color than they are and sparkle brilliantly. The ring is currently a size 6 and can be easily resized and weighs 3.6 grams. It has just been freshly polished. The ring provides excellent finger coverage and looks substantial on the hand. An appraisal from David Klass will be included.
