Sale! Champagne Diamond in 14kt gold
Sparkly champagne diamond, about 5.5mm set in a very ornate 14 kt white gold setting. I purchased the setting from Oxford diamonds over 10 years ago when they exclusively sold gold and diamond settings. It has tiny white melee diamonds, and two square sapphires on each side. Lots of miligrain and engraving! It sits up high on the finger, but due to the thick, tab-like prongs it's very smooth (no sharp prongs) and secure. The diamond weighs .64, champagne in color, and if I remember right si2 clarity. Diamond is not certified, it came out of an old setting I had years ago but is a fireball. Sizeable tight 6.5. The gold under the stone is hollowed out, I think because with this design if there was more gold weight, it would spin on the finger. It's well balanced and sits upright nicely.
