Antique 14K White Gold Filigree Shell Cameo Brooch

This attractive old shell cameo is a bit different. First, its setting is rectangular. And, it has seed pearls on the sides (and filigree on the corners). Finally, it transitions from brooch to pendant. It is 14k white gold and 1 inch wide by about 1 1/4 inches tall.
There's a little crazing at the top (shown in photo).
No returns please as I'm not in business, but just clearing out my jewelry box.
