This is a 100% AUTHENTIC Tiffany & Co. solid 18k yellow gold disc w/ genuine sapphire and 16" chain. Just clearing out my jewelry armoire of items I no longer wear. This set is in mint condition. I paid alot more than my asking price. This is a steal for Tiffany pieces and soild 18k gold. The disc is heavy and thick. Not the cheap thin ones sold.
