I’m selling my 1.11 carat I color SI1 clarity GIA certified Old European cut diamond. The GIA # is laser inscribed on the girdle of the diamond, so you can be sure of what you are receiving. This diamond is bright, lively, has excellent sparkle, fire and life, a beautiful snowflake pattern, large spread, and great color. I’m selling because I’m a perfectionist and I’m realizing that I can’t handle the “wonki-ness” that is characteristic of OECs. I’ll be buying a pair of diamond studs with the proceeds from this sale. If you value beautiful performance, great size and color for the price, this is one to consider. It’s a beautiful diamond with some “wonki-ness”--the petal pattern under the table is less impressive than I’d like and in bright sunlight, there is some girdle reflection that is noticeable on close inspection (from normal viewing distance, it's difficult to spot). I have videos showing the diamond in different lighting. I'm asking $4250 and am willing to use an appraiser as a proxy, if desired by buyer. I’m willing to entertain reasonable offers.
