Kay open heart necklace
I received this necklace as a gift a few years back. It's been worn 2 or 3 times over the years and I'm ready for it to go to a new home that will use it more frequently.
The pendant is 14k white gold with 1/4cttw white diamonds on a white gold chain measuring roughly 20". There is a 2" extender, all connected by a lobster clasp. Roughly 40 diamonds are present on the pendant. Kay sells their updated version of this necklace and pendant for $800. Video is available for interested parties and I will consider reasonable offers.
