2.66ct Bluish Violet unheated natural spinel with brilliant cut crown and step cut pavilion (per GIA). Stone measures 8.54 x 8.10 x 5.61mm. Per report, stone is transparent and I can't see any inclusions with the naked eye. Stone was purchased in 2016, but has never been set.
The color of the stone varies a lot depending on the light source so I have tried to show it in different lighting. Additional photos/videos and copy of GIA report available upon request.
