This gorgeous and unusual ring blinds you with its lineup of a 12-stone ruby and diamond front, graduated cut and carefully constructed in a crossover pattern. Fully hallmarked for 18 carat gold and production in 1909, this ring proudly announces the end of the heavy era of Victorian gold work and clearly shows the influence of Art Nouveau and contemporary jewelry design of the era in its prong free, almost simple setting.
A wonderful alternative engagement ring, anniversary gift or just everyday wear the 6 rubies are a wonderful light shade of pinkish red and the 6 diamonds are well matched and full of light and movement. A stunning example of Early 20th Century design.

Hallmarks: Crown and 18 for 18 carat gold,leopard assay for London, date letter "O" for production 1909

Condition report: Ring is in excellent antique condition with very minimal wear to the band commiserate with age. Stones have no visible nips, scratches, cracks or inclusions. Due to the nature of antique settings gemstone weight and condition reports are not certified and additional photography and condition reports are available upon request.
