Description

These sweet late Edwardian to Art Deco diamond drop earrings will arrive in the pretty leather case shown in my photos. They feature:

- 18K yellow gold topped with white gold, milgrain edging the settings

- 2 bezel set rose cut diamonds, each approximately 2.8 - 3 mm in diameter, good color and clarity - especially for old rose cuts, outer surrounds are just over 6 mm in diameter

- 2 very rustic small old rose cuts set in the top settings, more oval in shape, showing more wear and some inclusions (if you prefer to replace these two small diamond, as their clarity is not as good as the larger stones, I can include 2 small old rose cuts from the same period that match the lower diamonds better in clarity - just let me know!)

- a total drop length of approximately 17.2 mm (approximately 11/16 of an inch), these are on the small side, and could work equally well for casual, work or dressy events.

- the drops are stationary, the pair has a total weight of 2.10 grams

- Hinged backings in great condition, no hallmarks found, but tested for fineness of gold

While not as fiery as old brilliants, old rose cuts have such a charming twinkle and glow...and these have even more twinkle after being cleaned several times.
