Description

These have sat in my gem collection too long without being set, so ... I'm listing them again in hopes someone else might have a project for which they'd be perfect!

Imperial Garnet Trio. 3.6 tcw (1.30, 1.15, 1.15) and 6.32mm, 6.18mm, 6.13mm. Eye Clean/VS/SI. Would make a lovely earring & pendent set, or three stone ring. They shift in color, depending on the surrounding light. I have another Malaya garnet in a three stone ring, and I love this aspect of the stone!

I purchased these from GemNut/Weblorn, and the description per the listing indicated: these three stones are more pink and less orange in incandescent, almost padparadscha' color, with an almost metallic luster. Cut by master faceter with 30+ years in the trade. The listing noted they were from Madagascar, and possess the identifying carbon specks in them when louped, but do not impair the stones' beauty or brilliance in any way.
