Here is my Ruby & Diamond ring from Diamonds by Lauren.  The natural ruby is 2.07cts and is vibrant, bright, stop light red.  It is not a dull, cloudy stone at all!  Surrounded by 28 diamonds of G/VS quality weighing .37ctw.  Set in 14 karat yellow gold.  Set low too so it catches in nothing.  Selling only because I don't personally like the low setting - I don't think it looks right on my hand.  Once this sells, I'll be on the lookout for another knockout ruby - here's hoping I can get one at a good price as they are so hard to find.

This ruby was my first and set me off buying matching earrings (see pic - earrings not included) and a pendant too - all from DBL.

I do need to let you know that the stone was chipped during setting on the side.  I had the stone shifted slightly in it's setting so the bezel covered the area more and you can barely see it now.  You would have to know where to look and look hard!  But I wanted to be honest.

Other than that, the ring is in great condition.  I am sure the next owner will be floored as I was - the ruby is something else!  Comes with the appraisal from DBL lising the retail replacement value as $6,000.
