This is a size 7 Lab created center blue Sapphire stone with 3 smaller lab created white sapphires on each side of the stone in a semi wrap 10ct white gold setting. Given as a gift, never sized. Thin band, dainty, small design. Not overpowering just a simple lab created sapphire ring in white gold. Purchased from Kays I believe a few years back. Inside stamped "10KT RJW"
